Uncharted 3 gets shooting mechanic fix

Following the launch of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, some players had objected to the changes that were made ​​in the shooting mechanics for the game. Most prefer the shooting mechanics as it was in Uncharted 2 Among Thieves. Because of this Naughty Dog arranged an experiment. They invited fans of the franchise into the office and let them play with both the previous shooting mechanics and the new, without telling which one was which.

Because of the negative feedback they received from fans, the studio is working now with a fix to the game that will make shooting mechanics more similar to that of Uncharted 2. Note, this will be voluntary, so people can switch in-game which shooting mechanics they like.


The date for the fix is not yet known.
